Christensen Consultants was founded in 1994 by Peter Christensen, FCSI, with a firm commitment
to excellence in the design of food service facilities. For the six years prior to founding the firm,
Peter worked as an associate / project coordinator for a major food service consulting firm as well as a
food facility designer for major food service equipment dealers throughout the area. Peter has been involved in many
types of food service design projects including: independent restaurants, chain restaurants,
business and industry, institutional, recreation, entertainment, hotels and education.
Christensen Consultants provides non-biased food service equipment design and specification
services. Design decisions are based on the need of the client and the project. Our fees are solely based
on the services provided. We are not affiliated with any manufacturers or suppliers.
Christensen Consultants encourages the team approach to design projects. Services are intended to
compliment the work performed by other "design" team members such as architects, interior
designers and engineers so that all important areas of the project are covered without needless
overlapping of services.
Christensen Consultants' goal is to work with the client in any way that best meets the client's
needs. Generally, a preliminary meeting is required to discuss the project in detail. From that meeting,
we should have enough information to generate a written proposal outlining services and fees.
Christensen Consultants welcomes the opportunity to provide you with a client list and references
